We would like to offer a big "thank you" to Paragon Media One for hosting the March "Spotlight" meeting for Support NWPA Business. Support NWPA Spotlight meetings are free networking meetings that are conducted on the second Tuesday of every month and are open to any business owner or individual that would like the opportunity to pitch their business or services to a captive group. Support NWPA created this forum in an effort to create a no-cost environment to allow business owners, especially new start-ups, to be able to network with others and to learn new marketing ideas that could help them succeed in the local community. The primary goal of the organization is to support local business and to encourage our local consumers to shop local and support our local business owners. Sixty-six cents of every dollar you spend at a locally owned business stays local versus shopping at the big-box stores. Think of how much our local economy would improve if everyone started spending more of their consumer dollars at locally-owned businesses!
